Starts second edition of 'Panama Best Influencer' on VR360

Panama Best Influencer is the first campaign of gamification, influence and branded content produced in VR 360, aims to promote the country in a responsible and interactive way, where Internet users are part of the action.

A Digital Story in First Person and in Real Time

After first edition success’, this second edition comes with many new features. Filming in 360 will make followers experience Panama as they have never seen before, and various local mentors will invite the discovery of new destinations to the influencers on their way: Carolina Fabregas, The Frantic Ballerinas and Debbie Kuzniecky are joining the adventure.

Internet users will be able to follow the travel diary of the adventure where they will share routes, destinations, tips, and all kinds of relevant information that facilitates the visit of an international tourist to Panama.

The participants of this competition will have the opportunity to make an exceptional tour around the country through the web experience www.panamabestinfluencer.com: San Blas, Bocas del Toro, Panama City, San Catalina, Coiba, Pedasí, Playa Venao, Isla Cañas, Gamboa and many other places.

 

They will share their adventure using the digital environment with the community of  @panamabestinfluencer. Tweets, posts and YouTube videos will make up the adventure online.

Using the hashtags #VisitPanama and #PanamaBestInfluencer, they will capture the beauty of the country in each post, share every territory visited, from its nature and its beaches, to the wealth of its city, its history and its commerce, encouraging its followers to visit Panama and discover the multiple tourist attractions of the country.

In this gamification action will be competing four influencers: three of them have already been selected previously based on their ability to influence in different territories, while  the fourth can be any person who is passionate about social networks, travel and share the attractions of Panama.

The latter participant will be recruited through the panamabestinfluencer.com microsite where an online contest has been launched and will value the interactions obtained by the different candidature videos.

 

 

The winner will face the three adventurers who have already embarked on this journey: the artist and rapper Porta, model and instagramer Jessica Goicoechea, the athlete of S.U.P. and photographer Slater Trout and extreme sportsman and photographer Morgan Oliver Allen that will be traveling together.

The four participants will tour for a week separately Panama with adventures and specific routes for each one of them. You will be able to follow each route through the daily contents that each influencer will upload in their networks and in the website of the contest panamabestinfluencer.com. You will be able to see, vote and share your favourite candidacy.

Estado Latente is the digital strategy agency creator of this Gamification, Branded Content and Influence action in VR 360.

The piece has as a soundtrack the theme "Beautiful Thing" produced by the Panamanian band The Frantic Ballerinas with the intention of reinforcing the positive feeling of the images.
