Jessica Goicoechea - Adventure Part 2

Posted on 2017-11-06

The stage of  Jessica Goicoechea on the mainland was over. It was time to take a plane at Marcos A. Galabert International Airport on the way back to Bocas del Toro. This time th Panama Best Influencer VR360 arrival was quiet. Instead of a seaplane, a town full of life awaited us. People were strolling the streets with surfboards. The boats loaded with divers went to sea. Music escaped from the restaurants, and with it she carried the perfume of meat and fish barbecues.

We took a boat and sailed. We were waiting at Azul Paradise. When Jessica Goicoechea and Nicole arrived at Isla Bastimentos they marveled. The place had nothing to do with the city or with Colón. An almost virgin island, where the palms and crabs are at their best. Where all the civilization are the houses of Azul Paradise. A place on the edge of the world, where you can connect with the Caribbean without sweeteners. That of soft tides, white beaches and coconut trees.

On a paddle surf board, Jessica Gocicoechea and Nicole floated on the turquoise waters of Isla Bastimentos. Passing through the bungalos on the water of Azul Paradaise they reached the wooden porches. A place where you can sunbathe while the sea passes beneath you. When we had enough paddle surf we returned to the beaches. To splash in the water under the big palm trees. To enjoy on a fine sand, to see how the sun falls and stains the sky of fire and the forest of coal. A set built by the ideal mother nature so that Jessica Goicoechea teaches us her modeling skills and demonstrate why she is one of the most influential models.

The next morning we travel to the other islands of Bocas del Toro to discover the gastronomy of the archipelago. At Carenero Island we visit Bibi's restaurant, specializing in seafood. Lobster, dish of lobster tails, prawns in Caribbean sauce, octopus; The restaurant offers all the delights of the sea prepared in the most delicious way. After the meal we have a conversation while having a few beers and admire the views from the restaurant. The tables are on a porch that hangs over the sea and from which the other islands of the archipelago are seen as diffuse clouds on the horizon.

For dinner we went to Isla Colon in a panga. There we headed to Bocart. An open air restaurant that is like an art gallery. The columns, the ceiling, the few walls, everything is covered with motifs and colors. Here the food is unique, it is a restaurant with signature cuisine in Bocas del Toro. A combination of flavors from all over the world served in a beautiful place steeped in the magic of the Caribbean.

After dinner we returned to rest at Azul Paradise. Navigating the archipelago at night is a unique experience. Above us the stars filled the sky as if a sugar bowl had spilled over a black background. Underneath us the luminescence illuminates the sea marking the way back hotel. We sailed the waters as if we were sailing on the Milky Way.

The next morning we returned to Panama City, by a flight. Jessica's last night would be spent at the Trump Hotel, but earlier we had time to continue to discover the city.

Our choice was the Hotel Tantalo. In his restaurant we discover a selection of excellent dishes: ceviche, empanadillas, entails to taste. It was the most delicious way to say goodbye to Panama City. All served in an environment that has nothing to envy to an art gallery. The large columns are decorated with urban style graffiti. The skylights that illuminate the whole place hang the vines. At the entrance, colorful lamps hang from the ceiling like stars at night.

The next morning the team Estado Latente said goodbye to Jessica Goicoechea and Nicole. Gone was a week full of contrasts, new cultures, different ways of understanding the world, unique landscapes, full of gastronomic fans. His adventure at PanamaBestInfluencer VR 360 was over, but a memory was beginning to accompany them forever.
